Hey als do you really want to know how Formula 1 cars and other racing cars have better grip on the roads than normal cars for the same kinds of tyres- with same grooves, spikes and all those, Then let me tell you there are many reasons for that phenomenon. I will tell you just one of them. AERODYNAMICS : The aerodynamic structure of formula 1 racing cars is similar to that of an upside down wing. As the car attains speed , very low pressure is created below the car. This leads to a very high attraction force between the car and the road . Infact , this force is so big that such a car can even run on upside down road (i.e. on the ceiling of your room!!!!!!!! ). If you want to know more about aerodynamics then read my post : http://www.goiit.com/posts/list/community-shelf-how-aeroplanes-fly-26077.htm So the moral of the story is : 1. Stop being overconfident 2. First read your books carefully before getting into an argument with anyone. 3. There are many factors which contribute to a better grip of formula 1 racing cars.
