no in pic 2 u have an additional vapour pressure acting on the surface of the liquid u can get it like this at any tempareture below freezing point water liquid - water vapour equilibrium exists so some of this water vapour will occupy the space between lid and surface and this exess pressure is what is vapour presssure u get this in all buks
