Rooney, Only in the second compound U cud hav all those effects which stabilize it. In the first compound there is no alpha H to hav hyperconjugation and as the first compound can rotate, the H bonding is also not very efficient which in compound 2 is very efficient as the rotation is restricted in compound 2.
