if the ques is that sleeping man one then the ans is even the slightest disturbance will wake the man up so 2mv2/2=2mgh v of b is sqrt(2gh) Now using V1=((m1-m2)u1+2m2u2)/(m1+m2) U1=0 and VI we have found out as sqrt(2gh) So u2 comes out to be sqrt(9gh/2) Using work ene theorem For A Mgh=m(u2)2/2-mv2/2 Substituting the value of u2 V comes out to be sqrt(2.5gh)
