hey spidey..cud u chek the answer for his question in ur TOGETHER WITh sample papers??..
an equiconvex lens with radii of curvature of magnitude r each , is put over a liquid layer poured on top of a plane mirror , asmall needle with its tip on the principal axis of the lens is moved along the axis till its image coincides with th needle..and the image distance frm lens is measured as A...now the liquid is removed and the same conditions are brought about (the image coinciding witht he needle0..then the distance measured frm lens os B..find the refractive index of the liquid...
this is frm the cbse physics sample paper I
