Easy.Let the point be h,k. Now find equation of line passing through (alpha,beta) and (gamma,delta).Multiply both these equations to get the equation of a pair of straight lines.These lines are 90 degree to each other so coeffecient of x^2 + coefficient of y^2 =0. Put that and get answer.
