its a minority instituition, i agree, but believe me, its just infamous because of the jamia skool students who get in thru quota who hav made it bad. and their %age is very less.....dont forget that its a central university and thats why the entrance is held at the national level......its not easy to get thru

1 thing that is bad is that theres an inteerview after clearing the entrance, and here alot of sources are required....that makes it bad........its engg dept supposed to be one of the best in north india.....so says my aunt who is a part of the dept of science and technology, govt of india....all in all, its just underrated......mass media there is amazing.....its given pass outs like barkha dutt!!!!
