this question is based on electrolysis of H2SO4 IN high current density where formation of H2 gas at cathode while O2 and H2S2O8 AT ANODE .WE know equivalents of cathode =eq of anode so H2 EQ =O2 +H2S2O8 we already know 1 eq of H2 is 11.2 litre =1gm,1 eq of O2 =5.6 lit=8gm,we know equivalents of H2 and O2 so easily calculate equivalents  of H2S2O8.
