Peroxide is a group which alters the structure of the compound entirely.....not only for addition of Bromide or any halogen but also in its usual state....so under usual conditions it DOES stick to one rule........but in the presence of STRUCTURE ALTERNATING compounds like Peroxide Or even sunlight.......anti marko takes place......please rate if u find this useful | |||||||||||||
