NO.OF WAYS OF CHOOSING FIRST AND SECOND SQ.= 64*63
IF THE FIRST SQ. IS ANY OF 4 CORNER SQ.,2ND SQ. CAN BE CHOSEN IN 2 WAYS
IF 1ST SQ IS ANY OF REMAINING 24 SQ. ON EDGES 2ND SQ CAN BE CHOSEN IN 24 WAYS
1ST SQ IS AMONG REMAINING 36 SQ. 2ND SQ IS CHOSEN IN 36 WAYS
4*2+24*3+36*4=224
ANS=224/(64*63)=1/18 ..

ans. is 1/18
