see, coaching is sth which can guide u...which can give u support, can solve ur doubts, but ultimately its u and only u who has to perform on D-day...so dnt think that those who go to coaching insti , they only clear JEE.... JEE is jst about the concepts nd thr applications, within a difinte time-duration...and for this what is needed is speed+accuracy...which can be achievd by practicing as much as u can... even if u r determined enuf frm now onwards... u can achieve... but since u have lagged frm othrs , by an year...u have to work hard for that....
