this is my techers format which is quite gud i think
HEADING(underline it)
1(in roman numerals)some sub title
1 main point
a) sub point(s)
b)blablabla
points to be followed:-
1)use atleast 2-3 abbreviations and in the end draw a key box and give an expansion for it
2)be to the point(assume ur right a telegram and each word counts)
3)preferably dont give full stops at the end
4)dont chek the grammer too much
5)make clear and attractive heading which need to make sense as well as catch the eye of the examiner.....
6)lastly never exceed the word limit......
