hey trythis one this has really workd for me 1. wake up early in the morning and do some exercise for 5 minutes the do pranayam for 5 minutes you wont get sleep the whole day would get a good sleep also in the night.but wake up early in the morning. if you can,t then try this one 2. drink one glass of water at evry one hour or less.take a full glass of water with your food and eat less food and drink more water. 3.if it is also not possible then make atleast 5 alarms at a gap of 5 minutes . when you are getting sleep. hey my first advice is really good as it help me my lots of friend.
