well... this used to happen with me too ...even i used to sleep alot.... infact i do sleep alot now also ...but m not supposed to give engg entrances.. so i can still manage it !!! jokes apart...now ur problem, well...9-10 hrs is not too much..yes it shud be sth around 8hrs... but still this can be managed out.. if u counter-balance it with studies.... what i did was, whenevr i felt sleepy... i used to do either maths(as its the only subject, which i can study for hrs n hrs without break)...or jst take a break frm studies... nd do sth refreshing (refreshing never includes, watching TV..mind it!!)... or either i used to fight with my bro also ... hehe...plus if u really wanna do sth, then i dnt think anyone can stop u...all u need is the determination.... and sleeping after lunch is necessary... not for long duration..but short!! thr's a saying... "after lunch, sleep a while....after dinner, walk a mile!!!" gud luck
