hey sniper,although there's a big probability that there might b sum prob in the bill, but I think that u shud also look 2 wat Ashish has said.......i.e.,although I'm not sure,but every time u open a site(specially goiit), files r automatically downloaded.......that's wat is considered as 'downloaded files'......

 

I think u shud change ur plan......like switch 2 sumthin' like 450Rs. monthly  fixed rental and unlimited download...........
