c in the dig current flows from A to B
meaning elctrons flow from B to A
so inside battery if v c..negative chrg builds up @ A so..they flow from A to B inside battery which means current in battery flows from B to A
its not abt clockwise or anticlockwise...look only @ : from where to where current is flowing. in circuit from A to B and in battery from B to A
