since decay occurs due to internal force the net momentum is conserved
let the velocities be v1 and v2
then
i have used ' l ' instead of lambda
m1v1=m2v2
v1/v2=m2/m1
(h / (m1 x l1)) / (h / (m2 x l2)) = m2/m1
therefore l1/l2 =1:1
hence (c)
