i think ur going down in your ranks because of too much stress.dont strain too much.do some breathing exercise like pranayama.dont wake till late in the night.have a habit of getting up at 4;30 daily.study all that is taught in the school during the same day.understand the concepts and DONT MUG IT UP and i had seen many go down in their studies during the later part of life because of it.i hope, this helps u
