if u study really SINCERE then 2-2.5 hrs per sub per day are enuf....remmber...don't forget to do complete ncerts of 11th and 12th..my seniors told me that u shud do ncert complete before appearing in JEE and specially, chemistry NCERT....
just keep ur mind on learning new concepts in physics and try ques from HCV and Resnik Halliday
for mat...only practice makes a man perfect for IIT...so go for a tremendous practice(i m talking about calculus) these summers...and if possible, compromise a bit...with other fun and everythin
for chemsitry ,,, get urself with a good tutor and ask ur doubts whenever they come,...
