carbocation and free radical are electron deficient species....so their stability is attributed by +I, +R/+M and +H effect of the species they are attached with( i mean bonded)

carbanion are electron rich species and get destabilised by electron donators...
so electron withdrawin species( or species having -I, -R or -H effect) stabilise carbanions..

Na pine ka shouk tha na pilane ka shonk tha. Hume to sirf NAZREIN milane ka shonk tha. Par kya karen hum nazre hi unse mila baithe jinhe nazron se PILANE ka shonk tha.
