well friend i can tell the factors on which mp and bp depend....

well usually what i take into account is lattice energy(le) for calculating mp.....more the le more is stability and more is mp and for bp i take into account the dipole moment ....greater the dipole moment greater the polarity in compound and greater the bp.....
