man request them...................to stop... is it everyday problem means banquet or something then say them to slow down noice.if it is one day problem then bear it but if it is everyday problem and may continue upto a month and if u r in 12 then u hav jee on hand and it should be done on immediate effect .most of time the voice played is more than permissible limit and make them to pay the heed..if ur in 11 then u can wait and see........it is some one marrige and u dont want to spoil relation ...........so tell them they will listen to u......mind it calling the authority is last step u can take .try to resort with help of ur parents as there is marrige is important but ur future is equaaly imp.
