found my mistake editing
i have misread the qn...it struc me after anchit pointed out...
Heres a general approach:
Consider a vehicle moving on a circular track:
for vert equm.
N1+N2=mg were N1 and N2 are the normals at the two wheels
f=mv^2/r
now balancing the torques abt COM,
N1(l/2) =N2(l/2)+f(h)
l is the dist between the 2 wheels.
N2=N1-mv^2/r(2h/l)
limiting case N2=0,N1=mg
v^2=lgr/2h
so for safe turn without toppling,
v<=[ ] lgr/2h
