consider 2 currents equal in magnitude but opposite in dir. flowing through BE. This way u have a complete circuit EBCDE, and 3 oder arms, now net force on the coil is zero .(see it urself,) force on arms FE and BA cancel, but force on arm BE is nonzero, so netforce on the system is due to the current in BE. it is ILB in negative z direction, unless the arrows in ur fig. are wrong.
