I assume mass of the earth to be a in 10^20-30. In your imaginary case, Increase  in number of human beings will cause negligible change in mass of earth. Its like increasing number of electrons on a cricket ball by the factor you have. Moreover, satellite-earth mechanism is controlled by gravitation and circular force equillibrium not just gravitational alone.
