sorry elastiboysai for keeping u waiting so long... well here is the explaination what remains constant at all point in a streamlined flow in particular at the turnings u considered now is the angular speed(omega) (they all turn together...to get u a feel intutively)
sinc v=omega r and since 2 has a bigger radii it has to have a greater speed
also considering we similarly get that the pressure at 2 has to be larger as it takes a bigger turn
