if a particle has tangential acceleration then its motion is non uniform suppose a particle has an angular acceleration alpha then it would have a tangential acceleration of r*alpha alongwith radial acceleration if angular acceleration is zero then its uniform circular motion and it wud have only radial acceleration in uniform circular motion the magnitude of its velocity remains the same only its direction keeps changing so velocity is not constant
