suppose thwe inner sphere is eaethed the potential of the inner sphere is taken zero and the capacitance depends only on the radius of the outer sphere. But if the outer sphere is earthed then the potenital diference between the shells and the capacitance too, depend on the radii of the innerand outer spheres .
