hiiii,
     The electronic configuration is only based on the atomic number.isotopes have the same atomic number but different mass number.there is change in the number of neutrons.IS THE OPTION 3 MASS NUMBER MINUS NEUTRONS?  if so it is all the above or option 1 and 2 are correct.
