[H+]=10^(-10)M
[OH-]=10^(-4)M

It means in 1L sol. moles of [OH-]=10^(-4)
in .5L sol moles of [OH-]=5 X 10^(-5)
therefore,moles to be dissolved = 5 X 10^(-5)/2 = 2.5 X 10^(-5)
