Use binomial some approximations
I will say this number is 1.3*7.3*7.3*10^14
Now 7.3*7.3 = 7*7 + 2*7*.3 = 53 approx
53*1.3 = 69 so answer is 6.9*10^15
Right answer is 6.986*10^15
