Hey varun,

What have ya written man!!!

Do ya know that the co-efficient of static friction is greater than coefficient of kinetic friction.

So when u apply some force on a block and if it is less than sN , then the frictional force acting on the body will be equal to the force applied.

Now if u go on increasing the force upto sN then the frictional force wud be equal to sN when the block is about to move.

Now once the block is set into motion coefficient of kinetic friction comes into action!!!

That means once the motion starts the frictional force acting on it wud be kN and it remains the same throughout its motion!!!

And as s > k , kinetic friction will be greater than static friction if and only if the force applied on the block before its motion is less than kN.
