nicotamide compounds are highly energetic

nadph2 along with atp( produced in light reaction) (photophosphorylation) acts as a energy reservoir fork process of dark reaction
also nadph2 acts as a proton donor during its oxidation

ur first doubt
during photolysis of water
proton is released along with electron
the electron is accepted by photo exitesd pigment system
while the protn is excepted by NADP to give NADPH2
