is XeF2 polar? my package says its polar

i think its not. bcoz it has 2 LPs in equatorial positions whose dpms cancel each other & the two polar BPs also cancel out. this correct rite?

also is 1,4-dinitrobenzene polar?again my package says its polar..but ithink its not..coz the C-N dpms cancel out each other.. am i missing out any point over here?
