The reaction is NO + N2O + H2 = N2 + H2O
Apply POAC for N. let x be the vol of NO in the mix. then N2O= 60-x
x+ 2(60-x) = 2x38
solving for x, we get x= 44
so, NO= 44ml & N2O= 16ml
