At a telephone enquiry system no of phone calls regarding Poisson distribution with an average of 5 phone calls in a 10 minute interval The probability that there is atmost 1 phone call during a ten minute period is a) 5/6 b)6/55 c)6/e5 d)6/5e please explain with solution and also explain what is meant by Poisson distribution i do not know the right answer yet Thanks
