electrostatic force is coservative force ......force of attraction or repulsion BETWEEN TWO BODIES does not depend on the placement of thrid body .....however net force can change but the forces between pair will not be affected ...eg
if q1 q2 q3 are charges of same sign ....then the force of repulsion between q1 and q2 is not affetced by q3 but the net force acting on q2 depends both on q1 and q3.
