the general rule says : the density of water always has a inverse effect of temp....
so with increase in temp density and hence weight decreases....
so
so ans should be
B at 0C
but the Ans is A at 4C
because at 4C specific gravity of water is exactly 1.....
and hence the density of 1 gm per cm3 ......maximum
