use it this way depression in freezing point = kf * molality
so 1.5 = 3.9 * moles of solute (CHO) / kg of solvent ( here kg of solvent is 75/1000)
also moles of CHO = mass in grams / 29 (molecular wt of CHO = 29)
now just calculate
it comes out to be 0.836 grams of CHO
