Isoelectronic means molecules or atoms having same no of valence electrons and similar structure( I mean their arrangement).
NCS- has 7 + 6 + 8 + 1 = 22 valence electrons.
CS2 has 6 + 2(8) = 22 valence electrons.
Hence they are isoelectronic. Correct me if I'm wrong anywhere.
