solution pressure i.e vapor pressure has no relation with gravity( u can neglect the effect of gravity on gas molecule) also when current is passed the no of ions increases and hence vapor pressure increases
when solution is stirred vigorously k.e of molecules increases as a result the tendency to go in vapor is satisfied easily so vapor pressure increases .also by stirring the surface area increases so much more surface area is available for molecule to go in vapor form
