when the capacitor is grounded the grounded plate is at potential =0.but the other plate will have its charge and also a potential due to it.since S2 is not closed,thus the potential of the inner plates remain 30 and 20 only.
V1=30-0=30
V2=20-0=20
thus ans is d)
