yup its NH4+ .ts not that N is deficient of e- but has used its e to accept a H+. so it can regain its e- by releasing a H+.but the others r diff.BCl3 is a lewis acid.Hg2+ is stable in this config.CH3+ cannot accept e- due non availability of d orbitals in C. !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! |
