hey hi! u see latent heat is given by the formula L=KA(t1-t2)/d m.. here A is the area..now,pressure(P)=F/A...so,frm the above two relations,we see that pressure is inversely proportional to latent heat and therefore latent heat increases when pressure is decreased and vice-versa..hope this helps..cheers!!
