Using k₁l₁ = k₂l₂ ,

we get $k' = \frac{k}{1-a}$

and $k'' = \frac{k}{a}$

$\omega = \sqrt{\frac{k}{M}}\\implies \ k = \omega^2 M$

Put the above value of k in the values of k' and k'' to get your answer
