easy one...let the equ of circle be x^2 + y^2 + 2gx + 2fy + c=0...now from orthogonaliy condition we get c=4...
the centre of the bove circle is ( -g,-f) and radius is (g^2+f^2-c)^1/2 .. the dist from centre to (a,b) is also radius ...now equate those and write the replace g and f with x,y.....u obtain the locus of the centre.....cheers..
