A :- Ph-CO-Ph.
with NH2OH it forms Ph-(C=N-OH)-Ph
then with PCl5 BECKMANN REARRangement takes place & anti Ph group migrate to N,so
B:- Ph-HC=N-Ph
on hydrolysis we get,
Ph-COOH &
C :- PhNH2
then with NaNo2/HCl gives Ph-N2+Cl- which is D
rate it.
