fumaric acid is trans so two carbonyl carbons are far apart to from anhydride
picric acid is a phenol so is anyways acidic and after h+ is removed nitro groups reduce - charge on oxygen by -M effect so conjugate base is stable so picric acid is acidic
malonic anhydride exists
