$\tan (\cot x)= \tan (\frac{\pi}{2} - \tan x) \\ \\ or \\ \\ \cot x = n\pi + \frac{\pi}{2} - \tan x \\ \\ \tan x + \cot x = \frac{2n\pi + \pi}{2} \\ \\ \frac{1}{\sin x \cos x}=(2n+1)\frac{\pi}{2} \\ \\ or \\ \\ \sin x \cos x=\frac{2}{(2n+1)\pi } \\ \\ hence \\ \\ \sin 2x=\frac{4}{(2n+1)\pi }$
