the electric field due to charge kept at centre will induce a -ve charge on the inner surface and +ve charge on the outer surface. Now the inwards electric field due to inner charge will cancel out the electric field due to point charge placed at centre and hence there will be no electric field and hence no lines of forces inside the conductor.now the +ve charge on the outer surface will have lines of forces radially outwardsfrom the surface of the conductor without any lines inside the conductor.
